Rolex Submariner 1680 Single Red Writing MK VI. Vintage 1974. 40mm stainless steel case, matte MK VI dial which features Feet First, closed “6’s and the “S” in submariner looks rounded not flat. The dial is absolutely impeccable condition and has not suffered pitting or chipping around the outer edge. After 46 years it really its remarkable that our example still has its ORIGINAL Dial, hands, bezel, including the “Ghost” insert. Fitted to its original Fold over Oyster bracelet with 380 end pieces. This 1680 Red certainly holds a significant place in the history of the Vintage Submariners and is a must have for any vintage Rolex collector. We are proud offer such a special MK VI Single red writing submariner in such original condition, we probably won’t see another quite like it again!
